Those Charlaine Harris books? They are what the new show on HBO, True Blood, is based on, so I thought I'd pick 'em up. There's 2 more in the series that I haven't read yet, not sure I will, 'cause frankly the HBO show is written better.

Anyway, I have a bunch of photos to scan and old video to edit to make family DVD's out of, but when that huge project is done, I'll get back to reviewing books!

A nifty website for readers

I've finished a few books that are sitting here awaiting my review, but I've been feeling a little lazy. In the meantime though, I wanted to share with anyone out there a website that readers might enjoy.

The site is: www.whatshouldireadnext.com and all you do is put in the title of the last book you read (or any book you enjoyed) and the name of the author, and the site will pop out some suggestions based on what other readers have recommended.

So if you're ever stumped for something new to go pick up, try out the site!

An example? I put in The Time Traveler's Wife and got back these 10 suggestions:
